The Nine at Columbia will bring 126 new units and 486 new beds to the Columbia community near the University of South Carolina. The project is being developed in collaboration with 908 Group and Scannell Properties. 908 Group is a Tampa-based boutique real estate development services firm specializing in urban infill, multi-family and mixed-use projects. Scannell Properties is an Indianapolis-based industrial and multi-family development company. The project is being designed by Humphreys and Partners Architects, the nation’s largest multi-family architect also specializing in mixed-use and hospitality/resort design, with extensive experience in high-rise, mid-rise, and student housing.
The 126-unit community consists of a five-story building next to the parking garage and six 2-story townhome buildings. The development has been designed to create a luxurious experience with upscale amenities for students in the Columbia community. Amenities include a sauna, fitness center, pool and spa, outdoor BBQ area, and fire pits.
