Scope Of Work
This project is a sixty-bed addition to a skilled nursing facility originally constructed in 1997.
The addition represents 17,340 square feet constructed of wood frame with a brick veneer, vinyl soffit, and stucco on the gable ends. The roof is asphalt shingle and interior finishes are painted walls and ceilings on textured knockdown finishes.
The facility falls under both AHCA and Miami-Dade building standards, meeting the HVHZ requirement. The addition was completed without interruption to the operations of the nursing center.
