Scope Of Work
Tenant improvement of a light duty medical office suite space that includes new wall partitions, T-bar ceiling systems and soffits. Complete gut and buildout of all new HVAC, VAV, HW reheat system with TRANE controls. Installation of new millwork, counter top and plumbing fixtures; including facelift of existing core restrooms with one all-gender single stall accessible restroom. New finishes throughout the occupiable spaces with new card readers.
