Scope Of Work
Description: Oak Hill Child Adolescent and Family Center is a campus of two story brick and framed structures with a fast track, design build schedule. This series of two story buildings will house upwards of 7 different County services and agencies all catering towards the wellbeing and health of children. The campus is nestled into a graciously sloped 22 acre site with soccer and baseball fields, walking track, trails and a gymnasium. The multiple cottages and gymnasium total more than 42,000 SF and is a complete rehab and renovation of 5 two story bungalow type structures and gym. All of the facilities will be connected by a series of closed and conditioned walkways. Environmentally friendly and sustainable construction practices will be performed as construction standards.
