Lyn-Rich Contracting Co., Inc. is a family run business specializing in commercial and residential construction. The Key family has been involved in construction across the state of South Carolina since the 1940s. The Columbia-based business has been building, renovating, and restoring in the Midlands of South Carolina for over 25 years. 

We are a bonded and insured corporation, licensed to do business in the State of South Carolina. Our work force is comprised of full-time craftsmen and project superintendents that give us the ability and necessart skill to perform 60% of all work with our own company employees. The remaining work is completed by subcontractors that have been with us for the last 20 years. We also own a fleet of equipment that allows us to perform a large percentage of site works as needs arise. In order to maintain a timely work schedule, we build 60% of casework in our own cabinet shop.
