Scope Of Work
Horst Construction provided design-build construction services to the Garden Spot Village Community for over a span of 14 years. Several of the projects involved independent living apartments to accommodate the overwhelming success of the community.
Features:
- East - 85,000 square feet over 5 stories with 59 apartments
- West - 75,000 square feet over 4 stories with 56 apartments
- South - 85,900 square feet over 4 stories with apartments
