Scope Of Work
The three-story rental apartment complex looks out onto Lake Mallalieu. The 40 unit building consists of a mix of one and two bedroom units with underground parking. A large commons room with kitchenette and covered deck allow for optimum views of the lake. Additional common spaces include a Business Office and Laundry Room. A meandering wood staircase leads tenants through the grounds and down to the dock on the lake.
