The three-story, Office Condominium includes 22,000 square foot of office space and a basement level for Owner storage and common mechanical use. The space is divided into five individually owned office suites, each accessed from the main lobby. Ground level Owners also have private access from the parking area via separate side entry doors. The hip roof and the brick with stucco exterior keep with surrounding residential style.
