Scope Of Work
Built in historic Downtown Loretto, this two-story, 6,400 square foot, office building was designed to compliment the historic streetscape. The front façade was designed as several distinct sections with a portion of the building set back from the street to provide a quiet courtyard for outdoor relaxation. The design includes first floor commercial space and two office suites on the second floor. Two enclosed parking spaces are provided for each office space.
