Scope Of Work
The companion homes are part of a larger project campus for seniors. These twin homes provide independent living style housing with services available from the campus provider for its residents.
Twin home designs include Universal Design concepts to allow all mobility levels to live in the spaces easily and comfortably. The designs include no-step entries at the front door and garage, 3-0 doors, wide halls and roll-in showers. Each unit has two bedrooms, one suite style with accessible bathroom and walk-in closet. Other amenities include a large open kitchen/living/dining room area, a wellness room, separate laundry room and a screen porch.
