Scope Of Work
The work at Pollard Hall included a complete window replacement with window profiles designed to kept the historic feel of the building and greatly reduce energy costs for the facility. Entry door upgrades added secure access to the building for the protection of students and staff. It also included removing stairs and adding sloped walkways with door operators for easy access. Existing 2nd Floor shower/restrooms were completely demolished and new shower/restrooms were added that provided larger showers, accessible stalls, non-slip floors and a family shower room for overnight guests staying at the school.
