Scope Of Work
This apartment project was a conceptual infill project located on the Light Rail Transit line in Minneapolis. The 60 unit, four story building consists of one and two bedroom suites each with a private balcony. Communal spaces exit to the roof top gardens overlooking the neighborhood. Underground parking was also planned for this building.
