Scope Of Work

Once an old furniture store, the Plaza Latina is now a bustling commercial and office use building. On the first floor is the “Mercado” with a small café / restaurant and numerous small shops bordering a “main street”. On the second floor are several office suites used by local organizations and small businesses. In the lower level is additional office space and a large conference center which is available for use by all members of the community.
