Scope Of Work
This project consists of fifteen office condominiums ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 1,200 square feet per unit. The individually owned units are in two, three and four unit building combinations. Each unit features an on grade front entry and walk-out lower level. Units are sited to take advantage of the views of the peaceful wetlands surrounding the site. Unit interiors are custom designed for each owner and their business type. The exteriors of the buildings were designed to compliment the neighboring single-family homes.
