Scope Of Work
This apartment housing project is located on the Light Rail Transit line in Minneapolis. The 64 unit, four story building consists of one and two bedroom suites with a large community room and exercise space that overlook and have access to a “green roof” garden. A secure bicycle storage room and underground parking with an hourly rental car are essential to the transit oriented building.
North end units have clear views of Minneapolis and every unit has a private balcony. Fourth floor units enjoy private roof decks that overlook the neighborhood.
