Scope Of Work
This Asian fusion restaurant was a complete demolition and rebuild of a previous bistro. Collaboration with the Health Department was essential for a final approval and swift execution. The restaurant includes a distinctive noodle-making station that juts out onto the terminal and an innovative IPad ordering system at every seat, both engaging travelers with a unique inviting experience. The project necessitated a phased delivery to minimize impact to travelers.
