Testimonials
Just wanted to send a quick "Thank You" for all your help building our newest club...
We've worked with many different carpenters over the years, but the results have varied. It was a refreshing change that you were easy to work with, showed great pride in your work, and came in on time and on budget.
All the best,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the quality work that you did for us a 697 Poquonock Ave, Windsor, CT. You and your crew were phenomenal to work with and we look forward to working with you on many projects in the future.
I especially appreciated how you always completed your jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible. You made commitments on schedules and the work to be done and you always met or exceeded your plans. I also appreciated how you were always looking for creative solutions when challenges arose. The workmanship was exceptional and you made the construction process as painless as possible. It was terrific to see how you worked so well with our other subs and were always willing to lend a hand so that they too could complete their work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I felt that the prices that you quoted us were fair and I appreciated that we did not get any big billing surprises at the end of the job. The price that you quoted is what you expected to be paid at the end of the job.
Thanks again for all of your high quality work. We look forward to working with you again.
Sincerely,
Harry H. Freeman

As a realtor for 24 years I have had the opportunity to work with several builders and contractors throughout my career. I worked with Mark Dube from 2000 through 2006 on two projects, Kings Landing and Griswold Village. By far Mark's professionalism and attention to details out shines most contractors I worked with. Mark was there every day with his crew and if we were on a deadline they worked through the weekends. Any time a homeowner needed a helping hand he was right there to help the homeowner. As many of my clients were elderly on these specific projects, Mark and his crew went the extra mile to be helpful and polite. Mark Dube's work ethic and integrity is what has made him the successful man he is today.
Sincerely,

We were first introduced to Mark Dube about 10 yrs. ago when I was a listing agent for a new development in Windsor called Kings Landing. Dube Commercial Construction was hired to frame all of the 48 homes and went on to do another Windsor development called Griswold Village. Everyone that bought a home in these developments as well as anyone that had looked at them over the years always commented on how well they were constructed. They were both very successful developments.
I have also hired Mark to do some personal work as well. In 2002, he added a beautiful 3-season porch and deck onto my house. This has been a wonderful addition to our home and we get a great deal of pleasure out of this room! In 2007, he completely renovated my kitchen. He did an outstanding job and everyone that has seen the kitchen is amazed. I have always been very happy with the work that Mark has done. He is very professional and always there when he says that he will be. His crew is always polite and they make sure to clean up at the end of each day.
I can’t say enough about the workmanship, and would have no hesitation to recommend Mark to anyone that I knew.
We give our permission to Mark to use this information for the promotion of his business.
Sincerely,
Sandy & Paul Smith
During the period between 2000 and 2006 Dube Commercial Construction provided framing services in the construction of 92 homes in two age restricted communities in Windsor Connecticut. These communities, King’s Landing and Griswold Village, were award winning developments. Much of the credit for the quality and timeliness of them goes to Mark Dube and his framing crews.
It was our experience that Mark was always willing to go the “extra mile” to complete an assignment when circumstances, such as weather and material challenges, required a change in schedule. Perhaps the most important point is that Mark was always on the job and was available to modify, adjust, or adapt in the field as circumstances demanded.
In this day and age, is not often that one finds a subcontractor so willing to stand by his work, and give 100% to the General Contractor/Developer. Mark is that unique individual and has my sincere gratitude and respect. In addition to all of these professional qualities, he is a wonderful human being and a pleasure to have on any work site. His maturity, sense of responsibility and high values, presents a terrific role model for other subs working the site.
As long as he remains committed to these standards he should continue to be successful. He has my endorsement and permission to share these thoughts as he sees appropriate.
