Scope Of Work
Convert an existing 3-Zone air handler that serves the first floor with hot water & DX coil to a single zone system with DX coil only. Install 13 VAV boxes with hot water coils. Install new hot water piping to serve the VAV boxes. Replace 14 baseboard pneumatic actuators with DDC actuators.
