Scope Of Work
Primus has provided turn-key design and construction services on two expansion projects at United States Cold Storage’s Warsaw, NC facility.
The first expansion project featured 62,000 SF of 20° freezer space, six blast cells and 12,382 SF of 35° truck dock. The completed new addition has a 40’ clearance with 11 vertical dock levelers.
The second expansion project totaled 160,000 SF. Features included two convertible rooms ranging from -20° – 35°; a freezer room, truck dock, blast cells, a battery charging area, engine room, employee welfare spaces and a two-story administrative office.
