Scope Of Work

Blue Ridge Capital selected Primus to provide turm-key design and construction services for Phase 1 of a new production and cold storage warehouse facility totaling 97,988 SF.

The project is master planned for over 300,000 SF and provides room for expansion on both sides of the building.

Phase 1 features include:

12 dock doors

36° dock

-10° freezer for bakery products

40° sandwich making operation

6,200 SF administrative office & employee common areas

This facility features state-of-the art modular industrial refrigeration systems that offer the lowest power consumption, use no water and require no hazard refrigerant on site.

This project will bring 131 jobs over three years to the Lebanon Valley.
