Scope Of Work
Building 1B was speculative 538,640 sf warehouse distribution facility built on the expansion area for the lot 1 building. The project was subsequently leased to California Cartage in May of 2016 occupied shortly thereafter. The building has a 4,200 sf single story office area and 40 dock positions. California Cartage is a Third Party Logistics provider and their client is Lowes.
