Scope Of Work
Lorentz Bruun Construction the ground up building for West Coast Storage on 17th and McLoughlin. The building includes 703 units totaling 64,775 sq. ft. of rentable storage space. The facility offers heated storage units in a range of sizes from units as small as 5 ft. x 5 ft., to larger units up to 10 ft. x 30 ft. Additional amenities include advanced security measures, a covered loading/unloading , and a retail moving supplies store offering boxes and packing materials. The facility is also scheduled to be a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, meaning it will have moving trucks available to reserve. This project also included the addition of a number of “green” features which make the space one of the most environmentally cognizant storage facility in the Pacific Northwest.
