Scope Of Work
Kink Taylor Business Park is a 108,000 sq. ft development that takes up three city blocks. When Lorentz Bruun Construction was hired to build this business park, it was agreed that the exterior was to be constructed using pre-cast concrete. King Taylor Business Park provides retail distribution for the growing eastside community, and some of their tenants include Rodda Pain, Fastenal, and Wells Fargo.
