Scope Of Work
The renewal of the Fountain Place Apartments is an exciting and challenging design/build project. Lorentz Bruun Construction and Peter Meijer Architect have teamed up with Home Forward to improve the life safety in an attempt to retain the connections to the building's history and enhance the community experience. The building will be seismically upgraded to the latest standards and codes. This is challenging in historic buildings such as Fountain Place apartments as this will disrupt existing electical, mechanical and plumbing systems and will impact residential units.
