Scope Of Work
Dutchman’s Ridge is a two-phase subdivision built by Del boca Vista totaling 40 lots. The Saunders Company started work on this project in early 2019 with land clearing and erosion control measures. Crews encountered decomposed rock on the southern portion of the project and made special provisions to stockpile the material for future use on other phases of work for the client. TSC teams completed the sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water infrastructure as well as all franchise utilities
