Scope Of Work
The four-level, 920- space parking structure was designed to the needs of the general public, as well as providing parking space for nearby residential and retail facilities and for University students and faculty. To enhance pedestrian access between the different facilities, pedestrian bridges connect the structure to the adjoining residential development and the existing WSU residential tower. The parking structure also includes 8,000 s.f. of retail space. A unique challenge of the project was the tight urban site of the parking structure, which is adjacent to occupied student housing.
