Scope Of Work
Hickory Hills was built on a beautiful but challenging site. The property had been on the market for years because of a stream running directly through it.
Our team looked at the site and immediately loved the location. Working within stringent Tennessee environmental regulations, we diverted the stream and created a 6’ x 12’ box culvert that runs for more than 200’ through the site. This was all work that was done before the building could go up. The site was also very rocky and required extensive drilling and excavating.
Now Hickory Hills Alzheimer’s Special Care Center is an integral part of the neighborhood, sitting among houses and restaurants, upscale developments, a church and a beautiful lake.
