Scope Of Work
This Aurora, Colorado site sits on a challenging slope. We moved 27,000 yards of earth and built a series of MSE (Mechanical Structurally Engineered) walls using earth anchors and Gunite. The finished walls varied in height from 3’ to 20” and ran more than 200” through the property. The engineering for the project was extensive, even before above-ground work began, much of it during the challenging Colorado winter months.
Today, this 66-bed facility is a thriving community of memory care and respite care residents.
