Scope Of Work
4,040 SF, ground-up, one-story, wood-frame, Class B building for Sierra Central Credit Union. Scope included demolition of existing 30-year-old building and new ground-up bank branch to include perimeter offices and open office space with partitioned work areas, reception area, teller line, work room, break room with kitchenette, ATM room, restrooms, janitor room as well as associated land –hardscape including 7′ high structural masonry walls at the perimeter of the building and 25-car surface parking lot.
