Scope Of Work
166,305 SF building retrofit which included installation of structural steel facade using various radius steel components and then covered with a high strength fabric for three existing buildings. Two light towers were built with integrated fabric and lighting, as well as the addition of new decorative light poles, light bollards and soffit lighting. The site was reworked to provide adequate drainage. Walkways were rebuilt using salt and colored concrete. Driveways featured a stamped, colored asphalt pattern.
