Scope Of Work

Recreation Center - Dunbar Mechanical completed the new swimming pool addition at the University. This project included plumbing installations for all of the locker rooms and restrooms. Dunbar was also responsible for installing all A.O. Smith red-tread and green-tread fiberglass reinforced plastic piping. A slide was also installed. Dunbar also installed some piping in a tunnel under the pool deck.
 

Powerhouse - Dunbar performs many smaller projects at
the powerhouse:

Steam and condensate piping repair work

Replacement and miscellaneous repairs of chiller pumps

Miscellaneous repair projects

Engineering Building - Dunbar was involved in the renovation and addition of the engineering building. Innovative fabrication methods were used to accelerate our portion of the project. Dunbar was entirely responsible for the plumbing including bathroom and laboratories. Dunbar also installed acid waste systems in the labs. This project required working in confined space.
 

Dunbar also is a contract maintenance provider doing miscellaneous HVAC, plumbing, and piping repairs and modifications in buildings throughout the campus.
 

Savage Arena- Dunbar was involved in the modernization and renovation of this facility installing the underground fuel oil storage tank and associated piping.
