Scope Of Work

The project included the installation of a new whiteboard and tack boards, repair of smoke/fire rated partitions throughout the facility, installation and modification of underground infrastructure to support the installation of the new Fire Protection system and Standby Generator System, relocation of HCPS-Owned portable classroom units, inclusive of all infrastructure and improvements required to make them operational and occupiable, replacement of the rooftop air handling units with new systems, installation of a new Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV/VRF) system in the Office and Media Center areas, installation of a new building automation system, and new switchgear. We also relocated electrical panels and extend associated wiring and feeders, provided a new fire alarm control panel, and modified the existing fire alarm system to facilitate the installation of the new fire protection system and HVAC system. Lastly, the building was fully protected by a code-compliant fire-suppression system, including the installation of a new on-site storage tank and fire pump.
