Scope Of Work
We will provide standard rate labor and all materials to complete installation of new Bally walk-in cooler,
refrigeration system and accessories. Description of work based on information provided including site visit.
Work to include:
A.Receive new panels on site, erect panels at selected area as shown on drawing, seal panels as
necessary and install floor trim, etc.
B.Hang evaporator coils, set remote condensing unit in adjacent dock area. Construct a suspended
platform from existing roof trusses for remote unit.
C.Install insulated copper refrigerant piping to interconnect evaporators to remote unit. Provide fittings,
clamps, hangers, etc. as required.
D.Install copper condensate drain piping to adjacent bar area drain/pump (25’ total allowed).
E.Complete electrical connections as required. Power supplies with disconnects provided by others to
within 5’ of final connection. Includes power to remote unit, power to evaporator coils, walk-in door,
glass doors, extra ceiling lighting, etc. Thermotech to wire defrost timer, thermostat and solenoid
valve as required.
F.Leak check, evacuate, start systems, charge with new R-404 refrigerant, adjust and check to complete.
