General Contracting services were provided to The Spins Management Group for the construction of a brand-new, state-of-the-art laundromat in Cleveland, Ohio. Our services included preconstruction sessions, along with the usual & customary project management services during the construction phase.
Construction of the new 4,000 sq. ft. laundromat began in December of 2012 with the demolition of two existing buildings. Extensive site work was performed to prepare the site for construction. The project included extensive plumbing, electrical, & HVAC work to accommodate the massive washers & dryers.
Self performing areas included: Concrete, Masonry, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Tile Flooring & Siding.
This project was delivered on schedule and within the designated budget.
This project serves as a prototype for the Spins Quick N Fresh franchise. Several stores are planned for the region.
