Scope Of Work
Complete demolition and reconstruction of a 28 story building at 110 Wall Street. Project included 2 floors of retail, 5 floors of office space and 21 floors of residential units (208 apartments). Fast track $77 million dollar build out in 20 months. This project included new MEP to each floor, renovation upgrades to 10 elevators, a new fire alarm and standby generator. This included a complete buildout of 208 studio to 3 bedroom apartment units.
Scope specific to lobby includes installation of new travertine walls and metal base, Lutron lighting system, a leather floor, new wall paneling (in addition to refinishing some existing paneling). We also installed a fire command station, new turnstiles, a new security system, a projector for community viewing, intumescent paint on exposed columns, and a fully functional “3D” lobby desk. We also installed a new plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical and electrical system throughout the building.
