Scope Of Work
This project consists of a redevelopment program of a seven story pre-war apartment building into 16 first-class luxury condominiums. The project will include the addition of first floor infill, a new hoist-way for an additional elevator, the construction of a new eighth floor addition and complete interior renovations of the lobbies, corridors and residential space. The current building totals approximately 72,600 square feet, with three retail tenants.
