Scope Of Work
?This $31 million project involved the gut renovation of a 165,000 SF interior within a 200,000 SF, occupied residential structure. The scope of work included the replacement of all MEP systems while maintaining active MEP services at all times for 30 tenants in residence during construction, as well as the renovation of the lobby, roof deck, 16 public corridors, and amenity spaces, in addition to the creation of 88 new custom individual residences for market rate rentals. Installation of new, state-of-the-art security and audio-visual systems, and replacement of landmark windows were also accomplished.
