Scope Of Work
Sweet Construction has completed the office interior construction for the global company RVM in 2016. RVM is a leader in technology and was awarded the kCura's Relativity Rating of best in-service. So naturally RVM possesses a high demand for advanced telecommunication technology, and this preference was combined with an appeal for elegant, yet pragmatic aesthetic design. This put even more pressure on Sweet Construction because RVM could afford no gaps in business while they were relocating their office space. The office fit-out was 35,000 square foot and cost $3,250,000. Due to the high demand for advanced telecommunication technology, and a lengthy procurement process due to limited aesthetic materials, we were able to complete the construction within the desired time frame of sixteen weeks. The construction also involved the installation of a new mechanical system and the rebuilding of the core bathroom infrastructure. This task was logistically complicated because the building was completely occupied. We logistically prepared for this and were able to complete the infrastructure work with no disturbances to other tenants. RVM successfully relocated their office space with no gaps in their business operations.
