Scope Of Work
Our relationship began in 2007 with the renovation and build-out of the haute couturier’s corporate headquarters, located at the very New York street address for which it is named. This 48,000 square foot build-out over 4 floors included executive offices and conference room with state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, full-service tailor shop, IT equipment room and support area, back-of-house office space, pantry, designer showroom, and glass transoms.
In the last year, we brought Lafayette 148 to Brooklyn. The brand has traded its Soho digs for 68,000 square feet at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Building 77, a 1 million-square-foot building that’s undergoing a $185 million transformation from windowless slab to modern office space.
