Scope Of Work

An infrastructure upgrade of 800,000 square ft of an existing commercial office building in Long Island City, NY. Throughout the project, the building was occupied by tenants as we worked 24/7. Additions included a new lobby, flooring, lighting, mechanical, restrooms, multiple kiosks, and a visitor info reception area. This project included a restoration of the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors, polished concrete flooring, air conditioning and sprinkler system. We constructed a new marketing center on the 2nd floor. We added a new rooftop generator and a building wide electrical distribution system. We removed a decommissioned elevator and installed structural steel and concrete to recapture additional floor area. We recaptured an abandoned loading dock and mechanical services for the future restaurant, and provided new fire pump, water pump and a sewer for the existing building.
