Scope Of Work
Sweet Construction has been renovating Bruckner Plaza for the last 20 months, ranging from new structural piles, concrete slabs, and structural steel work to exterior metal finishes, a new lobby and new elevators. This renovation is taking place while stores at Bruckner remain open. Furnish and install exposed concrete “Brut” board finish retaining walls, plaza walkways and façade renovation. The new facade renovation included new metal facade panels, store fronts, roofing and EAS.
