Scope Of Work
This 26-floor infrastructure renovation included significant upgrades to modernize the building. We worked in tandem with Cove Enterprises, JLL and Bentall Kennedy with the procurement all the way the actual of the project. The infrastructure was catered to technology, advertising and media (TAMI). The 270,000 sq ft. project included the demolition and addition of 17 floors of new mechanical platforms, a new elevated switch gear room, new fire and life , a new security integrator, new plumbing, elevators, public bathrooms and a new lobby.
