Scope Of Work
1,200,000 square foot development for Boston
Properties consisting of Class A office space, 6 levels of
below grade parking abutting the ocean, ground level
retail and public space, and high end rental units in a
painstakingly restored historic structure. The
uncommon up/down construction method was utilized
to meet the project's tight schedule requirements. The
building's 15 floor anchor tenant, constructed by
Moriarty, is one of the country’s most prestigious
financial firms.
