Scope Of Work
A 200,000 square foot suburban office building for Davis Marcus with one level of below grade parking accompanied by an expansive site development. The project involved the demolition and repurposing of an old Polaroid manufacturing facility site into a Class A suburban office building in the heart of the metropolitan suburban office belt. It was one of the first projects of its type to receive LEED certification.
