Planet Fitness is one of the largest fitness centers in the United States, with over 1,300 clubs and over 10,000,000 members. They strive to provide a fitness solution to a wide range of individuals, regardless of experience or current fitness level.

PF Baker Group is a family operated small business based in Indianapolis, and a Planet Fitness franchisee. Their first gym opened in November of 2010 and they now have 15 gyms in three different states.

Initially, PF Baker Group worked with several construction companies. As they planned for accelerated growth, they realized their operations needed to step up their efficiency in order to achieve their aggressive growth goals.

Lehman Daman has been the general contractor for the construction of three Planet Fitness gyms, acting as the single point of contact for the owner during the pre-construction and construction phases of the project.

The Planet Fitness project consisted of interior tenant improvement, demolition, and certificate of occupancy, this involved working closely with Planet Fitness and vendors to coordinate construction finishes, deliveries, and schedules. The project was completed on time and within budget, over the course of three months.
