Scope Of Work
Honeywell is a $38.6B global industrial company that invents and manufactures technologies that address some of the world’s most critical challenges around energy, safety, security, productivity and global urbanization. They ship over $1M in products out of their Groveport facility every day.
When Honeywell chose to consolidate their Central Ohio distribution facilities, they chose Lehman Daman for the buildout. This expansion doubled their Groveport space to nearly 800,000 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial warehousing.
One highlight of the expansion was the addition of a 24-port battery charging station for Honeywell’s fleet of forklifts. The buildout also included a fully equipped and air-conditioned employee break room, offices, and restrooms in the new space, as well as a secure employee entrance and locker facility.
Lehman Daman performed all design, electrical, HVAC, and finish work.
