Scope Of Work
Penn National Gaming, through its subsidiaries, owns, operates or has ownership interests in gaming and racing facilities with a focus on slot machine entertainment. The Hollywood Casio is the area’s only Vegas-style casino featuring over 2,200 blockbuster slots, over 70 big-time table games, and 36 tables of live poker. When PNG needed to make some changes to the Hollywood Casino Columbus, they turned to Lehman Daman.
Lehman Daman constructed new mens and women’s restrooms for the Hollywood Casino in Columbus, Ohio. Serving as the general contractor and turnkey single point contact for the owner during the pre-construction and construction phases. The project involved the demolition of existing seating space, relocation of electrical panels and several utility tie-ins, all while the casino remained up and running! All work was preformed around the casino’s customers and employees. The goal of the project was to create a space that had the feeling of always being there, the owner did not want the new restrooms to look like an added project.
