Scope Of Work
Lehman Daman served as the designer and builder of the 37,478 SF Associated Plastics project. This was a GROUND-UP project, Lehman Daman acted as the single point of contact for the owner throughout the design, pre-constructions and construction phases of the project, including soil stabilization through Geopier technology. Lehman Daman was also able to work with the owner and the utility company to transfer the main transformer and power feed from public to private use. With safety as a main priority, Lehman Daman installed a fire suppression system, with the largest fire pump in the city of Ada! The Associated Plastics project was completed over the course of five months.
