Scope Of Work
Tyler Lane Construction handled two projects for Bowen Campus simultaneously. One involved an exterior package including windows replacement and masonry renovation. The other was an ADA upgrade on the interior and the parking lot. As this project started, the school requested a major science lab upgrade, which needed to be done during the summer so the improvements were finished for the start of the next year. Tyler Lane Construction addressed this challenge by putting another superintendent on site to help expedite the work. Additionally, all subcontractors committed to doing what it took to meet the schedule, even with a not-to-exceed cost limit. All the work was completed and when the students came back, they had new science labs and classrooms, in addition to the range of other improvements and upgrades.
