Scope Of Work
Master Planned Active Adult Community located on Lake Lanier North of Atlanta, GA. The project consisted of 1,000,000 cubic yards of earthwork excavation, over 350,000 cubic yards of mass and trench rock blasting, excavation, and removal. Site Utilities Consisted of 7,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer and 10,500 linear feet of water main. Additional site work items included 24,000 SF of Palisade retaining walls, 35,000 SF of earth reinforced retaining walls, 28,000 SF of modular block retaining walls, 25,000 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 22,000 SY of asphalt paving, and all associated erosion control installation and maintenance for the lifespan of the project.
